Courtney Florento is the Executive Assistant to Ikon Advisors.

In this role Courtney wears many hats, contributing to all back office operations including daily office administration, contract-to-close transaction coordination, listing management, marketing and branding.

Courtney comes from 10 years in the hospitality industry. Her experience in a variety of roles in fast-paced environments such as corporate restaurant franchising and boutique hotels has prepared her for the never-sleeping and ever-evolving commercial real estate industry. Courtney has an aptitude for helping others in any capacity she can and is able to quickly take initiative on often novel requests.
