ABOUT EAST HOLLYWOOD
East Hollywood, previously known as Prospect Park in the 19th century, is one of Los Angeles’s more diverse neighborhoods with Russian, Armenian, Thai, Mexican and Japanese immigrants first settling in the area. Often being overshadowed by L.A’s more glamorous neighborhoods, East Hollywood has plently to offer in its restaurants, above average schools, and architecture. Homes vary in sizes but tend to average more single family and multi-family properties, as East Hollywood is more residential than its counterpart in the West. Barnsdall Art Park, Griffith Park trailheads and the vibrant pocket of Los Feliz appeal to locals who yearn for walkable streets, accessible nature paths and art to appreciate!
