ABOUT MID CITY

Mid City, a highly diverse and dense neighborhood, is characterized by Pico Boulevard that runs right through and is lined with  dozens of restaurants, cafes, shopping and nightlife. Plenty of parks are also in the vicinity, providing residents with an urban/suburban mix feel. Housing is mostly comprised of low-rise apartment buildings, homes that have been converted to apartment units, and single-family homes in Craftsman and Spanish styles. The emerging gentrification has manifested beautifully built apartment buildings and rental properties, that are attracting more young professionals to the area.
