ABOUT HOLLYWOOD
Home to some of L.A.’s most famous and historic landmarks, Hollywood is just one of those places that needs almost no introduction. Being one of the most densely populated areas of Los Angeles, you’ll find no shortage of tourists and young professionals walking about to the countless offices, dining options, and attractions. In the last decade, we’ve seen new multi-use development projects popping up, with much more to come in the near future, driving lots of individuals and families to the area. Although there are plenty of apartment buildings and heavier pedestrian traffic on the iconic streets of Sunset & Hollywood Boulevard, there is a stark contrast to the more quiet, family friendly adjacent streets with smaller homes varying in sizes. Bordered by the Hollywood Hills, Griffith park, Fairfax and Hancock Park, and home to huge industries like Netflix and Paramount, it makes for an extremely attractive neighborhood to live.
