West Adams, stretching from Figueroa to Crenshaw is a historic neighborhood in South Los Angeles that is most noteworthy for its historic buildings and structures defined by their architectural characteristics. Once being one of the most affluent districts in the city, Victorian mansions and craftsman bungalows were erected to house businessmen, academicians and professors.
